Our bees, which know these ridges better than any map, gather its nectar in small, precious quantities.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe honey that emerges is pale — almost white, with a faint luminous quality unlike anything produced at lower altitude. On the palate: delicate and mineral, with a clean floral sweetness and a lingering alpine clarity that fades slowly, without weight.
