Store the jar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always keep the lid tightly closed after use to maintain freshness and prevent moisture from entering. Use a clean, dry spoon each time to avoid contamination.
Natural crystallization may occur over time—this is a sign of raw, authentic honey. If you prefer a liquid texture, place the jar in warm water for a few minutes. Do not microwave or overheat, as this may affect the honey’s natural enzymes.
With proper care, your honey will remain wholesome and delicious for a long time.
