The Beespoke Honey · Terms of Service

The fine print,
kept simple.

By placing an order on thebeespokehoney.com you agree to the terms below. They exist to make every order clear and fair — for you and for us.

Who you are buying from

This website is operated by The Beespoke Honey, Chogan Bhattu Link Road, P.O. Bir, Tehsil Baijnath, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh 176077, India.

Our honey

Every honey we sell is raw and unprocessed. Colour, texture and taste vary naturally from harvest to harvest and from jar to jar. Raw honey crystallises over time — a sign that it has been left raw, not a fault. See On Crystallisation.

Not suitable for infants

Honey should not be given to children under 12 months of age.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). The final amount, including any shipping charges, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our checkout provider — we never see or store your card details.

Your order

An order is confirmed once payment is received and our confirmation email reaches you. We may decline or cancel an order if a honey is unavailable or a price was shown in error — in which case you will be refunded in full.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Damaged jars, wrong items and cancellations are covered in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Our words and images

All text, photography, designs and the Altitude Standard™ on this website belong to The Beespoke Honey and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Liability

We take every care in how our honey is harvested, packed and sent. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Your privacy

How we use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Himachal Pradesh.
