to your table.

Every jar is packed by hand in Bir, Himachal Pradesh, and sent out with care. Here is exactly what to expect.

Where we ship

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is planned — if you are outside India and wish to order or gift, write to info@thebeespokehoney.com and we will help where we can.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched the next working day after they are placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the following working day. You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves us.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, your order typically reaches you within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your location. Remote and hill regions may take a little longer. We are a small mountain house, and we would rather pack your honey properly than rush it into a broken jar.

Packaging

Glass and long-distance transit do not always agree, so every jar is wrapped and cushioned in protective packaging built for the journey out of the mountains. If, despite our care, your jar arrives damaged, we will replace it — see our Returns & Damages page.

Tracking your order

A tracking link is emailed to you at dispatch. If you have not received it within two working days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then write to us and we will resend it.
